On June 26th, I had the privilege of speaking at the 🎓 GUS Germany GmbH Summer Career Fair 2025 — an inspiring event filled with energy, curiosity, and future talent. I shared my perspective on how the job market is rapidly evolving 🌍 — especially with the rise of AI 🤖, remote work 💻, and changing startup hiring practices 🚀.
